As the right hand to our Directors, you’ll help streamline their lives, anticipate needs, manage diaries, and keep the show running smoothly. ️ What You’ll Do: Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel for two dynamic leaders Ensure seamless day-to-day operations (from shoot schedules to client calls)



Manage communication across internal and external stakeholders Step in, step up, and problem-solve—often before the problem arises Bring order, calm, and clarity to a whirlwind of activity What You Bring: Prior experience as an EA/PA in a fast-paced setting Impeccable organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and follow-through Discretion, reliability, and calm under pressure A love for systems, structure, and getting things done right A degree in Business Admin, Communications or related field is preferred.
