Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced travel industry professional to oversee end-to-end trip planning, coordinate luxury and standard hotel bookings, and manage comprehensive international travel packages. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in travel operations, an eye for detail, and a passion for delivering flawless client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, cost, and execute customized international travel packages.
- Handle complete trip logistics, including flights, transfers, and high-end hotel reservations.
- Communicate efficiently with international vendors and destination management companies (DMCs).
- Prepare detailed, well-structured travel itineraries and operational documentation for clients.
- Provide prompt customer support and resolve any on-trip logistical issues seamlessly.
Requirements
- Proven experience working in a travel agency or tour operator role handling international outbound packages.
- Strong knowledge of global destinations, routing, and visa processes.
- Familiarity with B2B hotel booking portals and global distribution systems (GDS).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex itineraries simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for client and vendor interactions.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
