- Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor solar panel/module assembly line machines and equipment.
- Perform solar module assembly processes such as cell stringing, layup, bussing, lamination, framing, junction box fixing, and final assembly, depending on the production section.
- Load and unload materials such as solar cells, glass, EVA/encapsulant, backsheet, frames, and junction boxes.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Inspect solar cells and modules for defects, alignment issues, cracks, contamination, or other quality problems.
- Use basic hand tools and production equipment safely and correctly.
- Maintain proper material flow and prevent production stoppages where possible.
- Record production quantities, defects, downtime, and other required production information.




- Perform basic machine checks and report equipment abnormalities to supervisors or maintenance personnel.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation according to 5S standards.
- Follow all company policies related to safety, quality, environmental requirements, and production procedures.
- Meet assigned daily/shift production targets without compromising quality.
- Coordinate with supervisors, quality inspectors, maintenance technicians, and other operators.
- Handle materials carefully to prevent damage to solar cells and finished modules.
