- End-to-End Case Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of MACT cases from initial documentation to final tribunal resolution.
- Team Supervision: Guide and manage a team of field executives, documentation specialists, and back-office staff to ensure daily targets are met.
- Document Verification: Supervise the collection and strict verification of critical legal documents, including FIRs, charge sheets, spot panchnamas, medical bills, and insurance policies.
- Client & Advocate Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between accident victims (or their families), appointed advocates, and insurance company representatives.
- Tribunal & Court Tracking: Monitor daily court listings, track upcoming hearing dates, and ensure timely filing of petitions and written statements at the tribunal.
- Data & Progress Reporting: Maintain accurate physical and digital case files; prepare weekly progress reports for top management on settled, pending, and recent cases.
- Process Optimization: Streamline internal workflows to reduce the turnaround time for filing claims and coordinating investigator visits.
