About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to handle leads generated through various marketing channels. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective clients, understanding their academic requirements, explaining our services, and converting inquiries into successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

Call and follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, websites, social media, and other channels.

Understand client requirements and provide appropriate service information.

Build rapport and maintain professional communication with prospects.

Convert inquiries into paying customers through effective counseling and follow-up.

Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and lead status in CRM or spreadsheets.

Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets.

Handle WhatsApp, email, and phone inquiries professionally.

Follow up regularly with interested prospects until closure.

Requirements





Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).

Previous experience in telecalling, sales, counseling, or customer support preferred.

Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.

Comfortable working with CRM software, Google Sheets, and basic computer applications.

Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills

Experience in educational counseling, academic services, EdTech, or lead conversion.

Strong follow-up and objection-handling skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads simultaneously.

Compensation

Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)
