We are an ISO 9001:2015 certified organization based in Bengaluru, specializing in the elevator industry with an in-house, state-of-the-art manufacturing and design facility.With extensive experience in elevator components and services, we have built a strong presence in Bengaluru and serve reputed builders, developers, and corporate clients across South India.We are expanding our Sales & Service Team and are looking for smart, technically skilled, and customer-focused individuals to join us.

? Role:

Service EngineerAs a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of elevators while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with safety standards.

? Key Responsibilities

- Perform onsite elevator servicing, maintenance, and repairs.
- Identify faults and troubleshoot elevator systems.
- Assemble, install, test, repair, and maintain elevator equipment.
- Maintain and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Handle electrical wiring and basic electronic troubleshooting.
- Test newly installed equipment to ensure it meets required specifications.
- Understand customer concerns and provide effective technical solutions.
- Communicate with clients, engineers,



and technicians to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Prepare and submit service reports.
- Maintain logbooks detailing repairs, inspections, and service activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and applicable building codes.
- Report technical findings and service updates to managers/supervisors.
- Provide professional and timely customer support.

? Requirements

- ITI / Diploma / BE qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome; relevant experience will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills.
- Kannada language proficiency is mandatory.
- Valid two-wheeler is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites across Bengaluru.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.

? Salary & Benefits

Freshers: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000/month (including petrol allowance)

Experienced Candidates: Salary based on experience and interview, up to ₹30,000/month
