- HVAC Project Engineer – Roles & ResponsibilitiesLead and manage HVAC engineering projects from concept through completion
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines and cost targets
- Perform load calculations, system sizing, and equipment selection for HVAC systems
- Prepare detailed designs, specifications, and layouts (air distribution, chilled water, heating systems, VRF, etc.)
- Provide technical input during project development, design, procurement, installation, and commissioning phases
- Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC-related issues during project execution
- Conduct site inspections, quality assurance reviews, and system commissioning
- Ensure timely submittal of all project documents and approvals (samples, shop drawings, design details, work procedures, method statements, schedules, daily reports, etc.)
- Arrange clearances, approvals,



and permissions from statutory authorities during project execution
- Receive project-related instructions from Client/Engineer/Main Contractor and coordinate effective action
- Attend project meetings with stakeholders and report proceedings to management
- Assign project activities to resources and monitor execution
- Evaluate requirements for materials, machinery, and manpower as per schedule and ensure availability
- EducationBachelor of Technology in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
- ExperienceMore than 2–3 years of experience in project management
