- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain tailoring orders and customer details on computer.
- Update trial and delivery status regularly.
- Coordinate with the tailoring/workshop team for trial and delivery readiness.
- Handle and maintain Trial Pending & Delivery Pending reports.
- Inform customers about trial and delivery timings.
- Handle customers during trial and delivery professionally.
- Coordinate alterations after trials and ensure timely follow-up.
- Update daily tailoring work/status in the system.
- Maintain proper records and ensure no trial or delivery is missed.
- Coordinate between customer, sales team and tailoring/workshop.
- Candidate RequirementsExperience in computer operation / data entry, preferably in tailoring, garment, textile or retail.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Should be organized, responsible and comfortable working in a fast-paced tailoring environment.
- Experience in handling trial, alteration and delivery coordination will be preferred.

Working Hours: 10:45 AM – 9:15 PM
