- Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor machines as per production requirements.
- Load and unload raw materials/components into the machine.
- Set and adjust basic machine parameters as required.
- Read and follow work instructions, drawings, and production specifications.
- Monitor machine performance and identify any abnormalities.
- Check finished components for quality and accuracy.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Maintain production output and meet daily production targets.
- Perform basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance.
- Report machine breakdowns, defects, or production issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and protected working area and follow 5S and safety procedures.
- Maintain production records and inspection reports.
- EligibilityQualification: 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related field.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates with experience in CNC / VMC / HMC / Lathe machine operation will be preferred.
