Job Description:

- Ensure high availability, stability and reliability of business-critical applications.

- Monitor application and infrastructure health and proactively identify and resolve production issues.

- Automate manual and repetitive operational processes using scripting and DevOps automation tools.

- Manage AWS infrastructure and cloud components using Infrastructure as Code.

- Develop and maintain AWS CloudFormation templates for infrastructure provisioning and management.

- Design, implement and maintain CI/CD and GitOps deployment pipelines.

- Work with tools such as GitHub, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket, Jenkins/Bamboo and ArgoCD.

- Implement monitoring and observability solutions using Splunk, Grafana and AWS CloudWatch.

- Handle application and infrastructure patching, upgrades and maintenance activities.

- Manage secrets, credentials,



certificates and access controls in accordance with security standards.

- Support vulnerability remediation, password rotation and user access management.

- Contribute to technology resiliency, disaster recovery and business continuity initiatives.

- Perform application/infrastructure cleanup and decommissioning activities.

- Participate in L1/L2 production support and on-call activities.

- Perform incident investigation, troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

- Work closely with development, infrastructure, security and other technical/non-technical stakeholders.

- Follow Agile delivery practices and use tools such as JIRA and Confluence for task management and documentation .
