We are looking for an exceptional Full-Stack Product Engineer to take end-to-end ownership of a fast-growing, AI-powered product. This role combines product engineering, systems design, AI, automation, UX, and technical leadership, requiring strong technical judgment and a bias toward rapid execution.

You will initially operate as a hands-on, highly autonomous engineer, owning the product from frontend experience through backend systems and infrastructure. For the right individual, this opportunity can evolve into a Lead Engineerposition with responsibility for building and leading the future engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the product end to end across frontend, backend, database, infrastructure, and deployment.
- Build and maintain modern frontend experiences using TypeScript, React, and Vite.
- Develop scalable backend services using TypeScript.
- Design and manage production applications deployed on Vercel with Supabase/PostgreSQL.
- Build reliable account infrastructure capable of managing and operating 100+ active accounts at scale.
- Design and develop an AI-powered UGC/content-generation engine focused on producing high-performing short-form content.
- Build internal systems and operational tools that enable teams to manage account and content workflows efficiently at scale.
- Develop and maintain agentic integrations, including MCP-based infrastructure and integrations with modern AI agent ecosystems.
- Make key architectural decisions around technology, system design, tooling, scalability, reliability, and engineering trade-offs.
- Balance rapid product development with building systems that can scale as users and revenue grow.
- Work closely with the founder to shape the product and technical roadmap.
- Engage with users, understand product needs, and translate insights into impactful product improvements.
- Identify opportunities to embed AI and automation across both the product and engineering workflows.
- Establish engineering standards,



development practices, and technical processes as the organization scales.
- Take ownership of technical quality, reliability, performance, and maintainability across the product.
- Build, hire, mentor, and eventually lead the engineering team as the company grows.

What Makes You a Great Fit
- 4+ years of experience as a strong full-stack or product-focused software engineer.
- Proven ability to build and ship products end to end, from user-facing interfaces to backend systems and data infrastructure.
- Deep hands-on expertise with TypeScript across the stack.
- Robust experience with React, Vite, backend TypeScript, Vercel, Supabase, and PostgreSQL in production environments.
- Experience designing scalable, reliable, and maintainable production systems.
- Strong understanding of product engineering, UX, system architecture, and technical trade-offs.
- Strong product instinct with the ability to think in terms of user journeys, experiences, outcomes, and business impact, rather than simply individual technical components.
- Deep familiarity with short-form content and social media, with a strong instinct for identifying what content works and why.
- Experience building or integrating AI-powered products, automation systems, or agentic workflows is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of modern AI tooling and architectures, including MCP or similar agentic integration frameworks, is an advantage.
- Highly autonomous with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to operate effectively as a solo technical builder.
- Exceptional problem-solving and architectural judgment, with the ability to make pragmatic decisions under ambiguity.
- Strong bias toward execution, experimentation, and rapid iteration without compromising engineering fundamentals.
- Ability to work closely with founders and senior stakeholders and contribute meaningfully to product strategy and technical vision.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to build technical advantages, move quickly, and create scalable systems.
- Demonstrated potential and interest in eventually building and leading an engineering team.
