Mayadeep Resort is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our Housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas according to resort standards.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish guest amenities and supplies.
- Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize assigned areas.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, and lost-and-found items to supervisors.
- Ensure all housekeeping equipment and cleaning supplies are properly used and stored.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and housekeeping service requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts and storage areas.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and special cleaning assignments as directed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and guest satisfaction targets.





Qualifications & Requirements

- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and commitment to guest service excellence.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
