Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, your typical day involves serving as the primary liaison between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. You will engage with clients to understand their needs, ensuring that our high-quality systems operate seamlessly. Your role will require you to effectively communicate with clients, accurately identify issues, and leverage your extensive product knowledge to design and implement effective resolutions.



You will be dedicated to maintaining the integrity of our systems while fostering strong relationships with clients through exceptional service and support.

Robust experience in Linux system administration.
o Install, configure, and maintain Linux servers (RHEL).
o Manage user accounts, permissions, file systems, and services.
o Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
o Apply OS patches, updates, and security hardening.
o Troubleshoot system, application, and network-related
