Responsibilities

n

• Understand product requirements and develop suitable hardware solutions.

n

• Design and develop Analog, Digital and Mixed-Signal circuits.

n

• Work with firmware/software teams for hardware-software integration.

n

• Perform prototype testing, validation, debugging and troubleshooting.

n

• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

n

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, suppliers and customers.

n

• Ensure project deliverables meet Time, Cost and Quality requirements.

n

• Support design reviews and guide junior engineers where required.

n

Qualifications

n

• BE/B.Tech – ECE, EEE, Electronics or equivalent.

n

Experience

n

• 3–12 years in Electronics Hardware Design & Development, preferably in Defence / Industrial / Rail / Healthcare / Retail Automation / Embedded Electronics.

n





Technical & Process Capabilities

n

• Hands-on experience in Analog, Digital & Mixed-Signal circuit design.

n

•ORCAD schematic/layout and circuit simulation.

n

•Microcontrollers, FPGA, Discrete & Analog I/O.

n

•Communication protocols: SPI, UART, I2C, CAN, RS-232/485, USB, Ethernet.

n

•Knowledge of PCB design, hardware testing and debugging.

n

•Familiarity with DFM, component selection, suppliers and manufacturing processes.

n

•Knowledge of reliability, thermal management and EMI/EMC.

n

•Experience with electronic measurement instruments.

n

•miliarity with MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, JSS 55555, IEC/EN and FCC is desirable.
