Hiregpt helps quick-growing companies hire AI engineers. We're looking for experienced lead generators to find companies that are hiring, find the right person to contact, and reach out. You get paid for every verified positive interaction you generate.
What you'll do Find companies actively hiring AI and engineering roles. Identify the decision maker behind each role (usually the founder or hiring manager), find their verified email, reach out using our templates, and hand off every warm reply to our team.
What counts as a positive interaction A genuine reply from a real decision maker showing interest, asking to see candidates, asking how it works, or agreeing to a call. Auto-replies, out-of-office, "no thanks," and unsubscribes don't count. We verify each one before paying.
You must have
- Proven lead-gen experience
- Your own email-finding tools (Apollo or similar)
- Strong written English
- Reliable internet and the ability to work independently
- Consistency and attention to detail
Compensation:
$50 for each +ive outcome. Like signing of contract.
$500 per closed sale.
