Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive L2 Network Engineer
with 4–7 years of experience in enterprise network operations and support. The
ideal candidate will have solid expertise in routing, switching, firewalls,
VPNs, LAN/WAN technologies, and network monitoring. The role involves
troubleshooting network incidents, ensuring network availability, supporting
security infrastructure, and handling escalations from Level 1 support teams.

Primary Responsibilities
- Monitor,
maintain, and support enterprise network infrastructure to ensure high
availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot




and resolve L2 network incidents related to routing, switching, firewall,
VPN, and connectivity issues.
- Handle
escalations from L1 support teams and provide timely resolution within
defined SLAs.
- Configure
and manage network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN
gateways.
- Investigate
network performance issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective
actions.
- Monitor
network health using enterprise monitoring tools and respond to alerts
proactively.
- Support
firewall policy changes, access control requests, and security-related
troubleshooting.
- Perform
network change implementations, upgrades, and maintenance activities as
per change management procedures.
- Coordinate
with internal teams, vendors, ISPs, and service providers for issue
resolution.
