JOB SUMMARY





The Workday Analyst combines hands-on Workday configuration expertise with technical build skills to support and evolve the organization's Workday HCM platform. This role partners with HR and cross-functional business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure and test system changes, and support integrations, reports, and calculated fields. The Analyst plays a key role in bi-annual release management, day-to-day system support, data integrity, and delivery of HR technology projects, reporting directly to the Manager, HR Technology.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements, re-design current processes, and configure new functionality to support growing business operations.
- Assist with ongoing Workday projects including application testing, implementation, enhancements/upgrades, report writing, and new functionality investigation and deployment.
- Diagnose and resolve end-user, business process, and security issues; provide day-to-day support to HR and other Workday end-users.
