Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Performance Automation Engineer with strong expertise in performance testing and engineering. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests to ensure system scalability, reliability,



and responsiveness under varying loads. You will play a key role in identifying bottlenecks and driving performance improvements across applications.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using JMeter
Analyze application performance under load and identify bottlenecks (CPU, memory, DB, network, etc.)
Work closely with development, QA, and DevOps teams to optimize system performance
Integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation
Monitor system performance using tools like Datadog and provide actionable insights
Prepare detailed performance reports with observations, trends, and recommendations
Simulate real-world traffic patterns and ensure system readiness for production
Participate in performance tuning and capacity planning activities
