Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced QA Lead with 10–12 years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance to lead testing initiatives for enterprise applications within the Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Asset Management, or Investment Management projects, along with hands-on experience in test planning, execution, API testing, automation frameworks, and Agile delivery methodologies.
The QA Lead will be responsible for defining quality strategies, leading QA teams, ensuring end-to-end test coverage, and collaborating with business, development, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance Leadership
• Lead and manage the QA team across multiple projects and testing phases.
• Define and implement the overall testing strategy, quality processes, and best practices.
• Prepare test plans, test strategies,



effort estimates, and resource planning.
• Review test cases, test execution reports, and defect metrics to ensure quality objectives are met.
• Mentor QA engineers and promote continuous improvement within the testing team.
Test Planning & Execution
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee functional, integration, regression, system, UAT, and end-to-end testing activities.
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage for business requirements and technical specifications.
• Track testing progress, manage risks, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate defect triage meetings and ensure timely defect resolution.
• Monitor quality metrics and drive process improvements.
Financial Services Domain
• Lead QA activities for applications within Wealth Management, Private Banking, Asset Management, or Investment Management.
• Validate financial workflows, business rules, transactions, and reporting fun
