Role Overview

MEIDEFSEC is looking for a technically curious, disciplined and highly motivated individual to join the company as a Technical Business Development & Program Coordination Associate – Aerospace & Defence.





This is not a conventional or generic sales role.

The position operates at the intersection of:

The selected candidate will work closely with company leadership, Indian customers, manufacturing teams and international engineering partners on emerging defence, aerospace and advanced-electronics opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Technical and Customer Coordination
- Understand MEIDEFSEC’s partner technologies, engineering capabilities and engagement models.
- Support technical and commercial discussions relating to RF systems, microwave systems, embedded electronics, UAV technologies, rugged electronics and subsystem manufacturing.
