As a Client Engineer, you’ll help drive innovation and ensure our teams stay connected and productive.

About the role
As a Client Engineer, you will use your technical expertise to support, maintain, and advance our suite of collaboration tools. Your work will directly impact productivity and employee experience across Zillow,



empowering teams to work more efficiently and collaboratively.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for collaboration platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian, etc.).
- Develop and implement automation scripts and workflows to enhance system reliability and user efficiency.
- Manage, configure, and optimize client-side components of collaboration applications.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Proactively monitor system performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct regular assessments to ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
- Mentor junior team members, fostering qualified growth and technical excellence.
