Experienced Back End Developer.
Proven Java experience with Spring Boot framework.
Proven experience with Micro-Services Architecture .
Proven experience in SaaS multitenant high throughput systems .
Proven experience with a rational Database (MySQL/Postgres, etc.)
Experience with Docker .
Gen-AI, langgraph & langchain
Team player with extensive experience working in teams.

Track timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies across multiple R&D; projects
Jira, Excel, Power BI) to provide up-to-date visibility on project health and KPIs
Ensure consistent project documentation and data hygiene
Collaborate with R&D; Team Leads, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to gather updates and align priorities
Support process improvements and standardization within the R&D; Operations team

5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a tech/R&D; environment
~ Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
~ Hands-on experience with project tracking tools (e.g., Proficiency with dashboards and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Looker)
~ Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
~ Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Background or experience in software development or engineering environments
Experience working in or supporting SaaS companies
