Noida. This is a full time role, 5 days a week, from our office.

Experience
About 1 to 3 years in inside sales or account work. Strong fresh graduates who are comfortable talking to people are welcome to apply.

About the role
This role is about reaching the right buyers, earning their interest in an honest way, and helping our accounts grow. You will reach out to potential leads, run discovery calls over video, understand what they really need, and set up good meetings for the team. You will also look after the accounts we already have, find ways to grow them,



and carry deals to a clean finish. Some of the people you speak with are senior, and some are in other regions such as the US, so you will fit different time zones when needed. You will use AI tools to take care of the routine work so you can spend more time with people.

What you will do
• Reach out to potential leads by phone, email, and other channels to schedule meetings.
• Qualify prospects against agreed criteria and see if there is a good fit.
• Run discovery calls over video with decision-makers, ask good questions, and understand their real need.
• Present what we offer clearly and handle objections in an honest way.
• Work with the internal team to move qualified leads forward and put proposals together on time.
• Work with prospects in different regions, including the US and India, so be ready to fit different time zones.
