Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery, support, and transformation of insurance domain applications (e.g., policy administration, unit pricing,



claims, billing, and finance systems).
- Act as the technical owner and SME for core applications, driving architecture decisions, modernization, and optimization initiatives.
- Design and oversee development of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using VB.NET (Windows Forms, Console Apps) with focus on enterprise-grade standards.
- Own and govern SQL Server environments, including performance tuning, high availability, backup/recovery strategies, and cloud integration (AWS S3, RDS).
- Provide technical leadership for production support, ensuring stability, proactive monitoring, and RCA-driven improvements across systems.
- Oversee and optimize batch processing frameworks including Windows Scheduled Tasks and SQL Server Agent Jobs.
- Drive modernization and rationalization of legacy systems (VBScript, MS Access, Excel VBA), with a roadmap toward scalable platforms.
