- Play a key role in designing and delivering scalable, reliable web applications that support critical business and customer needs.
- Help shape technical solutions and architecture, translating business requirements into well-designed applications, databases, APIs, and integrations.
- Improve the performance, stability, and maintainability of applications by applying strong development standards, design patterns, testing practices, and thoughtful technical decision-making.
- Serve as a technical mentor and trusted resource for junior developers,

- Take ownership of small projects and technical initiatives from planning through delivery, coordinating effectively with Project Management, QA, infrastructure, and other cross-functional partners.
