Chart the Course for the Future of Flight

We are looking for an engineer for deploying Model-Based Systems Engineering at ePlane. Where the role requires the development of the process and tooling infrastructure that allows every engineer to understand the system they are contributing to, the interfaces they are responsible for, and the full downstream implications of every change they make.

The selected candidate will need to deploy tools, run pilots, build training programmes, establish governance standards.

Roles and Responsibilities




- Own the deployment and configuration of the programme's MBSE and requirements management tooling; establish connectivity across the engineering toolchain
- Run structured pilots with engineering teams; demonstrating real value through interface consistency, change impact clarity, and traceability
- Define and enforce modelling standards across the engineering organisation: naming, abstraction levels, interface control, and change control procedures
- Build and maintain the digital thread connecting requirements through design to verification evidence explicit traceability
- Design and deliver SysML v2 training programmes for engineering cohorts; target full engineering team coverage

Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Production experience with a SysML-capable modelling tool (Enterprise Architect, Cameo, Rhapsody, or equivalent)
- Strong Understanding of the systems engineering V-mode
