Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect to lead the architecture, design, and technology roadmap for the organization's Loan Origination System (LOS). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architecting enterprise-scale lending platforms within the NBFC/BFSI domain and driving scalable, secure, and high-performance technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the architecture and technology roadmap for the Loan Origination System (LOS).
- Design scalable, secure,



and highly available enterprise applications using up-to-date architecture principles.
- Collaborate with business, product, operations, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive architectural governance, design reviews, coding standards, and best engineering practices.
- Design systems that ensure high availability, fault tolerance, security, and optimal performance.
- Lead the adoption of microservices architecture, workflow engines, and cloud-native technologies.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance the lending platform.
- Guide internal engineering teams and external vendors on architectural standards and implementation.
- Participate in vendor evaluations, RFP discussions, and technology selection.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, information security, and regulatory standards.
- Support Agile delivery
