Key Responsibilities

1. Data Analytics & Business Insights
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps
- Develop and maintain dashboards, MIS reports, and KPIs for business tracking
- Provide actionable insights to sales and leadership teams to drive strategic decisions

2. Sales Performance Analysis
- Track sales performance across regions, products, and channels
- Identify growth opportunities, underperforming segments, and market trends
- Support forecasting, pipeline tracking, and target vs achievement reviews

3. Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
- Map existing workflows and identify inefficiencies or process gaps
- Drive structured process improvements to enhance productivity and accuracy
- Implement best practices for standardization, documentation, and scalability
