Job Description
- Collaborate with customers to understand business and technical requirements
- Onboard new customers and ensure a smooth implementation process
- Design and build a data processing capabilities based on customer requirements
- Execute ETL and data processing jobs, identify discrepancies, and troubleshoot issues
- Analyze data drift and respond to customer enquiries regarding data quality and processing outcomes
- Manage and compare data processing runs across legacy and new systems to validate consistency and accuracy
- Develop and implement new functionality using AWS services (S3, Athena, Glue, Step Functions, Lambda etc) as required
- Configure alerting,
monitoring and observability for data processing pipelines and applications
- Participate in on call support rotation to ensure the availability and reliability of data processing systems/applications
Qualifications
- We are looking for a cloud Developer to help us with the delivery of our data products on AWS cloud.
- 5 to 7 experience with AWS cloud based services such as S3, Athena, Glue, Lambda, IAM etc
- Robust experience in working with SQL and building queries to analyze the data
- Experience working with large volumes of data
- Experience working with different types of data such as JSON, XML etc
- Experience with big data formats such as Parquet, Iceberg etc
- Experience working/developing API's
