Your Prospect

- Manage diverse inquiries from internal stakeholders related to candidates assessment experiences.
- Understand and investigate customer inquiries received via phone and email from the Customer Service team.
- Collaborate with varied departments to thoroughly investigate customer issues.
- Utilize customer relations skills to take ownership of inquiries and deliver positive outcomes.




- Contribute to process improvement by providing feedback and suggesting ways to avoid future customer issues.
- Potentially engage with clients and assist with exciting projects.
- Work a regular full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, 5 days per week.
