Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Customer Experience Specialist / Sales Representative to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, handling calls and chats, understanding their requirements, providing personalized guidance, and converting inquiries into successful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.

• Respond promptly to customer queries through chat and other communication channels.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable services.

• Convert, follow up, and nurture leads to maximize sales opportunities.

• Build strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.





• Maintain accurate customer information and updates in the CRM.

• Follow sales processes, SOPs, and customer engagement guidelines.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

• Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining service quality.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates preferred.

• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, telecalling, inside sales, customer support, or business development.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong persuasion, negotiation, listening, and relationship-building abilities.

• Customer-centric, empathetic, adaptable, and target-oriented approach.

• Basic CRM knowledge is an advantage.
