ResponsibilitiesLiaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirementsEstimate costs and prepare budgetsOrganize workflow to meet specifications and deadlinesMonitor production to resolve issuesSupervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors,
