In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent order execution, maintaining strong customer relationships, managing EDI communications, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. You will act as a key interface between customers, service providers, and internal functions to ensure seamless order fulfillment and high service performance. + Manage the end-to-end customer order process, ensuring accurate order entry, confirmation, and fulfillment in line with agreed service levels. + Ensure On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) delivery performance and proactively resolve order-related issues to maintain high customer satisfaction. + Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on all order management and delivery-related inquiries. + Coordinate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Warehousing, and external service providers to ensure seamless order execution. + Maintain accurate customer, order, and scheduling data within SAP and related systems,
including EDI transactions. + Monitor and manage EDI communications, including inbound messages, ASN transmissions, and onboarding of new EDI connections in collaboration with IT. + Track, analyze, and report key operational KPIs while driving continuous process improvements. + Ensure compliance with customer agreements, company policies, quality standards, and applicable regulatory requirements. + Participate in cross-functional projects, digitalization initiatives, and continuous improvement activities that enhance customer experience and operational excellence. **Qualifications** ? Minimum technical or commercial education i.e. Degree in Engineering / Technology / Sales and Marketing. ? Solid customer orientation & communication skills ? Good know-how regarding the common SCM tools and methods ? Good analytical skills ? 2-3 year of Experience in customer service, helpdesk, service center management, or comparable would be a plus ?
