Role Description

This is a full time, on-site Founders Office role based in Bengaluru. The role involves working closely with the founding team on strategic projects, including market research, business analysis, and preparation of executive reports and presentations. The individual will coordinate cross-functional initiatives, track key metrics, and ensure timely execution of priorities across product, operations, and partnerships. Responsibilities include managing special projects, streamlining internal processes, supporting fundraising and investor communication, and preparing documentation for key external stakeholders.



The role also requires handling day-to-day operational tasks, identifying risks and opportunities, and acting as a trusted partner to the founders in driving growth and organizational clarity.

- Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including proficiency in data analysis, market research, and business modeling.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, including clear written communication, presentation abilities, and stakeholder management.
- Candidates should possess project and process management skills, including planning, prioritization, and coordination across teams.
- Candidates should possess business and strategic thinking skills, including understanding of marketplaces, talent mobility, and growth-focused decision making.
- Candidates should possess technology and tools proficiency, such as familiarity with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, slide tools, project management platforms) and comfort working in a tech-first environment.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field; prior experience in founder's office, consulting, investment, or high-growth startups is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting in Bengaluru, demonstrate ownership, maintain high ethical standards, and show interest in global workforce mobility and impact-focused work.
