Job Title:Candidate Mobilization Officer
Reports To: Head - Inclusive Hiring
Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract, conversion basis performance
Experience: 2–5 years
Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibility Areas:
Strategic Sourcing & Pipeline Building
- Design hyper-local candidate sourcing strategies to maintain a continuous talent pipeline aligned with active employer hiring mandates.
- Map regional demographics to identify job-seeking youth within a 50–100 km radius of hiring clusters.
- Establish formal partnerships with local NGOs, community-based organizations (CBOs), vocational institutes, and civic bodies to open steady candidate sourcing channels.
Outreach & Placement Campaign Leadership
- Design and execute hyper-local outreach campaigns (both field-level and digital) tailored to specific manufacturing job roles and industry skill needs.
- Coordinate closely with hiring team to organize inclusive job drives.
- Engage local community influencers, youth clubs, and social channels to drive awareness and maximize candidate conversion rates.
Candidate Screening & Conversion Tracking
- Conduct preliminary candidate screening to assess job-readiness, mobility, and role alignment before introducing candidates to hiring team.
- Manage lead-generation pipelines using data frameworks to track candidate journeys from initial contact to job offer acceptance.
- Analyze regional sourcing data to identify top-performing candidate channels and optimize cost-per-placement metrics.
- Coordinate with training and hiring teams to ensure best train to hire conversion ratios.
- Engage in family visit, family counselling and ensure participation.
Desired Competencies
- Demonstrated ability to plan and lead high-volume recruitment or candidate sourcing campaigns.
- Grounded, empathetic approach with solid public engagement and field navigation skills.
- Proficiency in digital campaign management and candidate tracking systems.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of direct experience in candidate mobilization, placement drives, campus recruitment, training mobilization and workforce development programs.
- Proven track record in community outreach, mass hiring events, or outcome-based livelihood projects.
- Past experience with disability is an added advantage.
