Role Description The Gen AI Instructor will design and deliver instructor-led training programs on generative AI concepts, tools, and applications for students and working professionals, in a full-time, on-site role based in Meerut. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing curriculum and learning materials, creating practical lab exercises and projects, and explaining complex AI topics in an accessible, structured way. The instructor will conduct classroom sessions, lead workshops and hackathon-focused training, provide one-on-one guidance, and assess learner progress through assignments and evaluations.



The role also involves staying current with gen AI trends, collaborating with internal teams to refine course content, and contributing to innovation-focused initiatives aligned with Where U Elevate® platform activities.
Qualifications

- Strong foundation in AI and machine learning, including generative AI concepts (e.g., LLMs, prompt engineering, text and image generation).
- Experience with common AI/ML tools and frameworks (such as Python, relevant libraries, and cloud-based AI platforms).
- Demonstrated ability to design training content, structure curricula, and create hands-on projects or hackathon-style challenges.
- Clear communication and instructional skills, with the ability to explain technical topics to diverse audiences.
- Comfort working on-site in an academic or training environment and collaborating with industry and academic partners.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior teaching, mentoring, or corporate training experience in AI, data science, or software engineering is highly beneficial.
- Interest in innovation, career development, and supporting learners in building practical, portfolio-ready AI projects.
