Role Description This is a full-time remote Recruiter role responsible for managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process across a variety of technical and business functions. On a day-to-day basis, the Recruiter will source candidates through multiple channels, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. The role involves building and maintaining talent pipelines, managing candidate communication, and ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the recruitment process.



The Recruiter will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand role requirements, advise on market trends, and present qualified candidates who align with both skill needs and organizational culture. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate recruitment records, supporting compliance with hiring policies, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment strategies and processes.
Qualifications

- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interviewing across technical and non-technical roles.
- Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including job intake, candidate selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and professional networking tools.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders, understand role requirements, and provide consultative guidance on hiring strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with robust attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Demonstrated capability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines and recruitment targets.
- Knowledge of IT, technology infrastructure, or business consulting domains is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in recruiting or staffing.
