Strategic Requirement Analysis: Lead requirement gathering for large-scale digital wealth programs. Translate complex business needs into detailed BRDs, FRDs, and user stories for development teams.

Digital Wealth Transformation: Design and drive the implementation of front-end wealth platforms, focusing on end-to-end digital journeys (Mobile/Web) that enhance the client-advisor collaboration.

Techno-Functional Leadership: Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on wealth products (Equities, Bonds, Structured Products, Mutual Funds, Fixed Income) and ensure these are reflected accurately in the system architecture.

API & Integration Strategy: Manage the integration of the wealth platform with third-party service providers, market data feeds, and core banking systems. Define requirements for API consumption and data-driven platform enhancements.

Platform & Portfolio Governance: Oversee portfolio risk analysis, customer reporting, and statement generation modules. Ensure all advisory/trading solutions comply with regulatory frameworks and internal data security policies.

Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders. Manage CxO-level communication, influence product roadmaps, and support Pre-sales/RFP efforts where required.





Agile Governance: Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization within an Agile/Protected environment to ensure consistent delivery velocity.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

Experience: 7–10 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst within the Banking & Financial Services (BFS) sector, with a focus on Wealth Management.

Domain Expertise: Deep functional knowledge of Wealth Management, including advisory, portfolio management, trade lifecycle, accounting/settlement of investment products, and risk analysis.

Technical Proficiency

Strong background in digital transformation projects, including Mobile App and Internet Banking builds.

Hands-on experience with API integration, JSON/RESTful services, and understanding of UI/UX design principles.

Proficiency in data mapping, gap analysis, and process modeling (BPMN/UML).

Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to perform complex data analysis to support reconciliation, data validation, and front-to-back trade flow troubleshooting.

Communication: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience managing onshore/offshore delivery models.
