Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a SalesOps & Business Analytics Specialist to work on a full-time basis. The role involves designing and maintaining sales operations systems while analyzing business performance to optimize revenue growth. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies that enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain sales operations tools, processes, and dashboards to track key performance indicators.

• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for process improvement.

• Collaborate with sales leadership to design compensation plans, quotas, and incentive structures.

• Create and distribute regular reports on sales performance, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy.

• Support sales teams with CRM administration, ensuring data integrity and workflow optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with CRM platforms and sales automation tools is required.





• Proficiency in business analytics, data visualization, and reporting tools is required.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.

• Experience in sales operations, revenue management, or business intelligence is required.

• Knowledge of sales compensation planning and incentive design is preferred.
