- A recent passport-size photograph
- Self-attested photocopies of all relevant documents
- Original certificates/documents related to educational qualification, experience, photo identity proof, and address proof
- Supporting documents from the competent authority for any name/surname/spelling discrepancy in certificates
- Female candidates who changed their surname after marriage must produce a marriage certificate and a notarized affidavit
