Role Description The Telemarketer role at Brick Story Realty is a full-time, in office position based in Ahmedabad. This role involves making outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce property listings, explain services, and generate qualified leads for the sales team. The Telemarketer will schedule appointments, follow up on inquiries, and maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in the CRM system. Day-to-day responsibilities include answering basic questions about properties, providing polite and professional support,



and coordinating with agents to ensure timely communication with clients. The role also includes meeting daily and weekly call targets, contributing to campaign ideas, and providing feedback on lead quality and customer responses.
Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage confidently and professionally with diverse clients.
- Customer Service and Appointment Scheduling skills to manage inquiries, set meetings, and ensure a positive client experience.
- Sales skills, including lead generation, basic negotiation, and the ability to handle objections respectfully.
- Comfort using phones, CRM or lead management tools, and basic computer applications (email, spreadsheets, call logs).
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, meet performance targets, and collaborate effectively with the sales and operations teams.
- Prior experience in telemarketing, call center roles, or real estate sales support is beneficial.
- Proficiency in English and local languages commonly spoken in Ahmedabad is an advantage.
- Minimum high school diploma; additional education in business, marketing, or real estate is a plus.
