Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Bench Sales Recruiter role based in Hyderabad. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for marketing bench consultants, identifying suitable project opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and vendors. Daily tasks include sourcing requirements, matching consultant profiles, negotiating rates and terms, and coordinating interviews and onboarding. The role involves maintaining an active database of consultants and client contacts, tracking pipeline activity, and providing regular updates to internal stakeholders. The recruiter will collaborate with the sales and delivery teams to ensure timely placement and high-quality service,



while adhering to ethical recruiting practices and company policies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales Recruitment and Bench Sales skills, including experience marketing consultants to clients and vendors.
- Candidates should possess Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing offers.
- Candidates should possess Account Management skills, including maintaining client relationships, understanding requirements, and supporting repeat business.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and professional client interaction.
- Knowledge of US IT staffing market, tax terms (C2C, W2), and visa categories (H1B, GC, etc.) is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple requirements, and meet placement targets.
- Proficiency with common recruiting tools and platforms (job boards, ATS, CRM) and basic MS Office applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, IT, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience in bench sales or US staffing.
