Spectral Consultants is currently hiring a Java Full Stack Developer with solid experience in Java, Node.js, React, TypeScript, and Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) with an AI-first approach.

Location:- Pune

Work Mode:- Hybrid

Experience:- 2–6 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in gathering user requirements, writing user stories, and estimating delivery timelines
- Design, develop, and maintain applications with AI-powered enhancements using GitHub Copilot and emerging AI tools
- Build and support front-end (React/TypeScript) and back-end (Java/Node.js) systems, including SaaS/COTS integrations
- Participate in peer code reviews, solution design discussions, and secure coding practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents in partnership with SaaS/platform providers
- Implement DevSecOps pipelines, CI/CD workflows, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)




- Write and execute automated tests; monitor application performance and operations
- Innovate with feature flags, microservices, containers, and API-first architectures

Required Skills:

- Bachelor's degree (any stream) or diploma with 15+ years of education
- 2–6 years of hands-on experience in full stack development
- Proficiency in Java, Node.js, React, TypeScript, or Groovy
- Experience with cloud-native technologies: microservices, containers, REST APIs
- Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD, IaC, and secure coding practices
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot
- Database development experience with Azure, MongoDB, or similar
