Role Description: The GTM Engineer at Peko is responsible for supporting go-to-market initiatives through technical implementation, tooling, and process optimization in a full-time, remote capacity. This role works closely with product, marketing, sales, and operations teams to design and implement integrations, data flows, and automation that enable effective customer acquisition and onboarding. Day-to-day tasks include configuring and maintaining GTM tools and platforms, building dashboards and reports, troubleshooting technical issues, and refining workflows based on performance data.



The GTM Engineer will document processes, collaborate on launching new features and campaigns, and ensure that technical systems align with business goals and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, sales, operations) to support go-to-market strategies.
- Strong skills in systems integration, API usage, and workflow automation using modern tools and platforms.
- Proficiency in data analysis, dashboard creation, and reporting to support performance tracking and decision-making.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, optimize processes, and maintain high standards of data quality and security.
- Comfort working in a remote environment, with robust communication, documentation, and time management skills.
- Background in software engineering, revenue operations, or technical GTM roles; experience with B2B SaaS or fintech is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
