You will be one of the first TAMs in the region, sitting close to the company's largest customers and shaping how technical trust gets built at scale. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
Role Overview
As a Technical Account Manager, you will own the technical relationship with a portfolio of enterprise accounts after go-live, resolving complex issues and acting as the customer's advocate inside engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Relationship Ownership
- Own the end-to-end technical relationship for a portfolio of enterprise accounts post go-live
- Guide customers through integrations, configuration changes, and architecture decisions
- Run recurring technical business reviews covering usage, performance, and roadmap fit
Escalation and Cross-Functional Coordination
- Own complex, account-specific technical escalations from first report to resolution
- Partner with engineering and product to prioritize fixes and represent the account's technical context
- Track recurring technical risks across the portfolio and flag them before they turn into churn risk
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 4 to 8 years in technical account management, solutions engineering, or senior technical support
- Strong grasp of APIs, integrations, and the ability to read logs and debug production issues
- Proven ability to manage enterprise stakeholders through high-stakes technical conversations
- Explicit written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B SaaS supporting enterprise or named accounts
- Familiarity with tools such as Postman, Datadog, Zendesk, or Salesforce
- Comfort with a partial US time-zone overlap
