Role Description The Social Media Executive – Organic | Government and Public Interest will manage day-to-day organic social media activities for government and public interest projects. This full-time, on-site role based in Howrah involves planning, creating, and publishing engaging social media content across platforms, aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines. The role includes monitoring social channels, responding to audience interactions where appropriate, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely communication. The Social Media Executive will analyze performance metrics, recommend improvements, and stay updated on social media trends and best practices relevant to government and public interest communication. The position also requires coordinating with clients and stakeholders to ensure messaging is compliant, responsible, and aligned with project goals.

- Candidates should possess robust skills in Social Media Management and Social Media Content Creation for organic campaigns.
- Candidates should possess Social media amplification skills to support broader communication strategies.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication in English (knowledge of regional languages is an advantage).
