About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Backend Developer to join our dynamic team at Zyoin Group. Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in backend development with a proven track record of building scalable systems. A B.Tech degree from a Tier 1 college with an 8+ CGPA is required,



demonstrating a solid educational foundation. Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go is essential, with a preference for candidates proficient in Python. Candidates should have a strong understanding of database management, including experience working with Redis, PostgreSQL, and ClickHouse. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting are critical. A passion for financial technology and data-driven solutions will be considered a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

- Architect, refine, and scale complex backend systems using Python, ensuring high efficiency, reliability, and scalability to meet evolving business needs.
- Optimize application performance by implementing best practices for speed, scalability, and resource utilization, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Design and develop systems capable of handling high concurrency and large-scale data processing to support real-time analytics and reporting.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and data teams to translate business requirements into robust, scalable backend architectures.
- Work with advanced storage and database technologies such as Redis, PostgreSQL, and ClickHouse to manage data effectively and securely.
- Implement and promote best practices in coding, testing,



and deployment to ensure high-quality software delivery across the development lifecycle.
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to maintain system health and optimize performance.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve system design and development processes.
