Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Relationship Manager to join our team in Tirupati. This role is responsible for building and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored financial solutions.

Job Responsibilities**

- Develop and manage a portfolio of key client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively identify client needs and cross-sell appropriate financial products and services.

- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and service requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide informed recommendations to clients.




- Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
- Prepare and present financial reports and proposals to clients.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Job Qualifications**

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or client-facing roles within the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services (e.g., investments, loans, insurance).
- Ability to analyze financial data and provide insightful recommendations.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a robust customer service focus.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of the local market in Tirupati is an advantage.
