Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements and department manager specifications.
- Maintain structured communication with candidates from first contact through offer release.
- Coordinate salary expectations, negotiations, benefits, and interview schedules.
- Conduct reference checks to validate authenticity of candidate experience.
- Develop basic understanding of Life-Sciences, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Medical,



and Engineering (Life-Sciences focused) domains to improve screening quality.
- Conduct structured employee care check-ins (Day 1, Week 1, Month 1, quarterly) and escalate issues as per process.
- Initiate redeployment by monitoring assignment end dates and preparing candidates for upcoming roles.

Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:

- B Pharma, BSc Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or Engineering background will be preferred.
- Positive, versatile, and assertive work approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong will to learn and adapt to new technologies.
