As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, your day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. You will manage application releases and monitor system stability to ensure seamless operation. Utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms, you will align solutions with organizational needs while maintaining compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to understand and implement necessary adjustments forms a key part of your daily activities, ensuring the applications continue to deliver value effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an subject matter expert.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into application configurations.
- Monitor application performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.

Professional & Technical Skills:
